Schrodinger's model
Schrodinger's Model

In Schrodinger's model the idea of "allowed orbits" is abandoned.
According to the new model electrons do not move around in orbits, and do not behave like particles. Electrons behave like waves like manner and there are areas where is more likely for the electrons to be. These areas are defined by the energy level of the electron.
In the picture these areas are the grey ones.
Schrodinger model is an improvement over Bohr's model.
